$3.00 for each spayed female/neutered male + $5.00 late fee per dog

$8.00 for each unspayed/unneutered male + $5.00 late fee per dog

                                   1) check made payable to the Town of Maple Creek

                                   2) copy of each dog's rabies paperwork

                                   3) self addressed stamped envelope
